Dr. Fries received his Physician of Optometry from O.S.U. in 2004. He has a new practice in Grove City, Ohio. Dr. Fries completed his undergraduate studies in the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Evolution, Ecology and Organismal Biology.
He received his Physician of Optometry in 2004 from the Ohio State University College of Optometry where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into two international optometric honor societies. Dr. Fries completed quite a few external rotations focused on ocular disease and main eye care. He also has in depth encounter in geriatric and nursing household eye care and has spent time as a Clinical Instructor in the Ohio State University College of Optometry having a concentrate on fitting make contact with lenses.
Dr. Fries was appointed by Governor Ted Strickland for the State of Ohio Optical Dispensers Board in 2007, exactly where he serves as the only optometrist. He also serves on the Epsilon Psi Epsilon Optometric Fraternity Alumni Board and is a member in the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
In his free time Dr. Fries enjoys traveling, watching Ohio State athletics and playing golf. He and his wife Cheryl also love spending time with their dog Paddington.
